Chaska Cares

Chaska has always been a community that cares. We pride ourselves on being the best small town in Minnesota. That means we take a personal interest in each and every member of our community.
We care about being a welcoming and inclusive community, which is why we launched our Chaska Cares initiative. Chaska Cares full details.
Let’s show how we are helping each other out. Let’s create positive memories. Let’s encourage optimism and a sense of hope that keeps us looking out for one another.
To showcase our community’s stories, we’re going to be using the hashtag #ChaskaCares. We’d like to encourage you to do the same when you’re sharing your stories on social media.
We want to make sure this is a community-wide effort, so we would love to hear how we can help.

Email us your requests for help, questions, and suggestions and we’ll do our best to help any way we can. Send to chaskacares@chaskamn.com

The entire City of Chaska organization takes great pride in serving you each and every day.  That’s because we care!

Encouraging Words

It has been great to see so many positive messages on driveways, trails and sidewalks. We want to encourage people to continue to share encouraging words with their sidewalk chalk and painted rocks. These sure help to uplift each other during this difficult time.  Please consider posting on your Facebook page using #ChaskaCares when you find your next message or treasure!

CCC Memberships

Monthly Billing Memberships:
Currently, all billing has been put on hold. Once we reopen the Community Center, you will receive your next bill on the last day of that given month. That bill provides you access to our facility for the following month. Since you had already paid for the entire month of March, we will factor in a credit for the days we were closed in March and balance that with the number of days left in the month we reopen.
Once we know when we will reopen, we’ll provide an update with more details about your next bill.
Pre-paid Annual Memberships:
When we reopen the Community Center, your current membership expiration date will be extended by the number of days the facility was closed.

CCC Building and Project Updates

Our rooms are empty and the halls are dark. No hoops are being played, treadmills are quiet, no water in the pool and no ice in our rink. We are certainly missing our lively community at the Chaska Community Center. We have decided to take this time to spruce up our facility and make some needed improvements and repairs. Follow what we are up to on our Facebook page with the hashtag #wemissU@theccc to see updates on all of our facility projects. We can’t wait to see you all when we reopen our doors!

It doesn't appear that this summer is going to go exactly as planned, but we still remain hopeful that people will be able to join us for some fun in the future. Chaska Curling Center

With the cancellation of many curling events and programs, we miss our curlers! The end of March marked the end of winter leagues and playoffs would have kicked off now in early April. However, we are taking advantage of the empty arena and doing our best to continue some good work. The following projects are underway:

  • Ice is out and maintenance is being done on the arena floor
  • Painting, painting and painting!
  • Some carpet replacement
  • Event Center cleaning
