Shut Down Shake Up Virtual Fitness Challenge

For those of you who may not know, Due to the Governor's executive order, our facility will be closed beginning 9:00pm on Friday, November 20. Click here for more information about the closure. 
 
With your fitness center being shut down, will you need that extra accountability to keep those healthy habits on track? Let me help you stay accountable to yourself and the healthy habits you have created. 

Join me in this virtual fitness challenge which will include daily fitness classes, accountability and encouragement, meal prep and recipe ideas, prizes and much more!
