Happy 4th of July! We have modified our schedule for this holiday weekend.
Friday, July 2 NO 8:30-9:30am PiYo in the Park; All other classes held as scheduled.
Saturday, July 3 NO 8:00-9:00am Zumba Toning; NO 9:15-10:15am Flow Yoga
Monday, July 5 NO 8:00am-8:45am SS Splash; NO 8:30-9:15am SS Yoga (Lodge is closed) All other classes held as scheduled.
Just Tri It - Starts July 1
Just Tri It - a physical fitness incentive program designed to help you focus on the 3 major components of fitness: Muscular Strength/Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance and Flexibility. Choose your level: Intermediate = 4 days/week or Advanced = 7 days/week. Cost of program includes a t-shirt Click HERE to register!
