Why Not, "Just Tri It"

Are you lacking the motivation to exercise during the "dog days" of Summer? 

Join the "Just Tri It" fitness challenge using a triathlon-based theme focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. You are encouraged to do each component daily, throughout the month of July. We're not talking about hours of exercising, but rather 20+ minutes of cardio, 15+ minutes of strength and 10+ minutes of flexibility training.
