SHiNE Dance Fitness: Think top hits you love and pair them with easy-to-follow routines that let you tap into your inner alter egos. It's a full-body workout that leaves you sweaty, empowered, and connected to a supportive community.
UPLIFT Strength Fitness: This is where strength meets fun! Set to a hype throwback playlist, you'll build muscle and confidence with power-packed standing routines using weights and bands, then finish on the mat with focused core, glute, and upper body work before a restorative cool-down.
