Small Habits, Big Momentum

Join this private small group for accountability, encouragement, and motivation as you focus on building healthy habits and creating momentum. We will use a private group Facebook page for the program content (must have a Facebook account). You will be encouraged to MOVE your body for 30 minutes, do some sort of PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, and make a healthier NUTRITION options, each day for the 6-week program.
